Spring 2024 Publication

[CLOSED] read the Spring Magazine here

We had a great time creating the Fall Storyboard digital magazine featuring regional artists, musicians, and writers, and we’re back for another round!

The intent of this publication is to introduce the Christian creatives community of the Pacific Northwest, and inspire one another to keep making intentional, excellent creative works that enhance our communities, develop our culture, and glorify our Lord.

  • Due date: all content submissions are due via email to storyboardtheconference@gmail.com by February 10, 2024.

  • Publication is anticipated for spring 2024.

  • Please read all the guidelines below carefully

  • church calendar themes - Lent, Palm Sunday, Easter

If the Storyboard selection committee ascertains or has reasonable suspicion that your work is not originally created by you, your submissions will be declined and you may be barred from being published in any future Storyboard publications.

  • Accepted submissions (including headshots, websites, and your full name) may be duplicated and published in part or in full online, including but not limited to, the Storyboard website, magazine-hosting platform/s, social media accounts, and online and print marketing, and you give your permission. music in burgundy words on a taupe background

Types: Due to the magazine medium, we will not be publishing original song lyrics like we did in Fall 2023. Music is still a major theme here at Storyboard, so we recommend musicians submit written works about their or others’ music. Examples: a how-to article about your writing process, an analysis essay on a song/songwriter/body of work, a reflective essay about an aspect of being a musician. We will still include your website/Bandcamp etc. in your contributor bio.
